Payment Information

All items listed include GST and are in Australian Dollars. GST of 10% is automatically deducted for international orders and buyers are responsible for any duties/taxes applicable to that country.

Payment can be made via secure credit card payment, direct deposit, Paypal, cheque/money order, fax. Payment must be received before goods are posted. Please see our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page for more information.

Delivery Information

We offer free delivery Australia wide via Express Post for orders over $150.  For orders under $150, a flat rate of $8.50 will apply.
You should receive your item within two-three business days of placing your order depending on your location. Please see the Express Post network for approx delivery times as some rural areas may take an extra day. Generally orders are processed within 24 hours with overnight delivery to your door.  Possible delays may occur due to unforseen circumstances. You will be advised of any possible delays to your order by email.

To ensure overnight/next day delivery please place your order before 11am (QLD time)

Although, you don't need to sign for Express Post delivery, we strongly recommend you provide a delivery address where someone is available to collect the package. Nuvo Maternity accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or consequential loss whatsoever when a package has been delivered in accordance with our delivery policy. If a package has failed to arrive please contact us and we will do our best to track the parcel for you.

International Orders - Shipping Information

We ship all over the world, including (New Zealand, Asia/Pacific, USA, Canada & Europe) at very competitive shipping rates (please see table below). International orders are sent via standard Australia Post airmail rates and are automatically calculated upon checkout according to weight. You will see a quote for shipping when you place your order and before your payment details are required.  This allows you to receive a quote before completing checkout and you are able to change or edit your order accordingly.  Please allow up to 10 days for delivery depending on destination.

Please note GST of 10% is automatically deducted from your order upon checkout.  Buyers are responsible for any duties/taxes applicable to that country.

Return and Exchange Policy

Nuvo maternity is happy to refund or offer an exchange if you return your unused item/s in as new, unwashed, unworn condition (no perfume smells) in original packaging (with tags attached) within 14 days of the invoice date. The above policy will also apply to faulty garments so please check garments carefully on arrival.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee if you aren't completely happy with your purchase (in compliance with the above policy) and on receipt of your goods will post an exchange item to you (see below). Please contact us via email prior to returning goods (see below). 

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid. As delivery is an expense to us, shipping charges for orders over $150 will be deducted from any goods you return to us for a full refund at a rate of $8.50 for the 1st item and $1 per additional item. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender. Please be sure to pack your items carefully for postage, as we are not responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost via return delivery.

To Exchange simply contact us by email to organise an authorisation number for the item/s you wish to exchange or return. Please write this authorisation number on your original invoice and include this with the item/s you are returning. On receipt of your item in original condition we will post you the exchange item . The buyer is responsible for the delivery costs of exchanging items and you may include your own prepaid/express post satchel for return delivery or we can organise this for you at a fee of $7.50.

Sizing Guide

Often the hardest question facing mums-to-be and new mums is what size do I buy? Here are some tips to make your decision easier and to ensure you get the perfect fit.

· A good rule to follow is to select your size based on your bust measurements. This will give the best indication of your size. If in doubt between two sizes, we recommend choosing the next size up.

· Refer to our individual sizing guides for a perfect fit as sizes do vary slightly between different  styles.

· Take your measurements with a tape measure to help you select the best fit. For bust measurements, measure horizontally at the widest point and for hips measure at the widest point under the tummy.

· We offer a generous exchange and returns policy to ensure you get the perfect fit. We know how having a baby can change your figure so we want to make sure you look and feel great!
