Nuvo maternity is based in Brisbane, Queensland and was established in 2006. Owner Kelly Gough manages her business while also being mum to three boys with the latest 
addition born December 2009.
The idea for Nuvo Maternity was born just after the birth of my second son late in 2005 while I was on maternity leave from teaching. As a breastfeeding mum I found it hard to find breastfeeding clothes that were fashionable, high quality and discreet.
I was looking for versatile pieces that would allow me to breastfeed discreetly in public, without drawing attention to the fact. I also wanted to feel great in clothing that would flatter and adapt to my changing shape.
After extensive research I decided to design my own range of fashion nursing wear for breastfeeding mums. No longer do you have to sacrifice style just because you're breastfeeding!
