What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal, direct deposit, cheque/money order, or you can fax us your details. Our banking and address details will be given to you during the checkout process.

How do you deliver my order and what does it cost?

We offer FREE fast delivery for order over $150 Australia wide via Express post. For orders under $150, a delivery charge of $8.50 will apply. Once payment has been received you should receive your item within two days. Generally orders are processed within 24 hours with overnight delivery to your door. Do I need to sign for delivery? What if I'm at work?

For express delivery a signature is not required. However we recommend using a secure address for delivery where a representative can collect your parcel.
 
 
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

Please contact us if your order hasn't arrived after 3 business days (unless otherwised advised). We can than trace your item via your tracking number. Some rural areas may take an extra day for delivery if outside next day delivery network.
 
 
What is your exchange/refund policy for online orders?

We are happy to refund or offer an exchange if you return your unused item/s in original condition (with tags attached) within 14 days of the invoice date. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for full details.
 
 
What is your procedure for returning/exchanging goods?

Simply contact us by email to organise an authorisation number for the item/s you wish to exchange or return. Please write this authorisation number on your original invoice and include this with the item/s you are returning. On receipt of your item in original condition we will post the exchange item to you. Please include a prepaid/express satchel for return delivery or we can organise this for you at a fee of $8.50. What size should I buy?

Generally your current bust measurement will give you a good indication of your size. If you are between sizes or prefer a roomier fit, we recommend purchasing a size up. If in doubt please feel free to contact us for more individual advice.
 
 
How will I know the item will look the same in person as it does on the computer?

Every effort is taken to ensure accuracy of photos and colours. However, slight variations in colour can occur on different computer monitors. We do offer an exchange policy to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase.
 
 
Do you accept international orders?

Yes! We ship all over the world including New Zealand, Singapore, USA, Canada and Europe! When you proceed to check out your shipping charges will be automatically calculated using Australia Post standard Air Mail charges. GST of 10% will also be deducted from your order.
